Owner
John A. Cirando is widely regarded as one of New York's preeminent appellate lawyers. A former Onondaga County Chief Assistant District Attorney and Army Captain, Mr. Cirando, has made regular appearances before all appellate courts in New York, both state and federal. He serves numerous civic and non-profit organizations as a board member or general counsel. He has also received the 2013 Distinguished Lawyer Award from the Onondaga County Bar Association. Mr. Cirando lectures on a variety of topics and has taught appellate advocacy at Syracuse University College of Law. Some of his appointed roles include:

Civil and Family Law Concentration 
Rebecca L. Konst is a graduate of Le Moyne College. She attended the University of Buffalo Law School, graduating in 2007. She is a member of the New York State Bar as well as the District of Columbia Bar. Ms. Konst has worked for nine years at Williams & Jensen, PLLC in Washington, DC. She joined the office of DJ & JA Cirando PLLC in 2019, focusing on civil and family law appellate matters. She regularly argues before the Appellate Division.
